Our Mission

Democratizing urban climate data through community mapping and AI.

Urban Pulse Mapping bridges the gap between cities that need tree data and communities that walk past those trees every day.

Our Values

Data Integrity

Three-tier QA pipeline: AI validation, community cross-validation, and expert audit. Every data point carries a confidence score.

Community-Powered Science

Real people walking real neighborhoods generate better, fresher data than any satellite or drone fleet.

Arborist-Supplementing, Not Replacing

We provide screening-grade data that feeds professional workflows. TRAQ-qualified arborists remain essential for risk assessment.

Environmental Justice

Canopy equity analysis by census tract ensures underserved neighborhoods get the attention they deserve.

Built in Texas

Rooted in the Lone Star State

Urban Pulse is headquartered in Austin, Texas — one of the fastest-growing cities in America and home to a 33-million-tree urban canopy that needs monitoring. We understand Texas procurement, Texas weather, and Texas trees.
